The kit includes:
- C110 side members (2 pcs. x 5.2 m)
- Frame extension profile 150x40x4 (2 pcs. x 1.5 m)
- Frame extension mounting plates (2 pcs.)
- MEDIUM perimeter profiles (2 pcs. x 5.2 m)
- Perforated floor panels (19 pcs. x 2.1 m)
- Trailer end profile (1 pc. x 2.1 m)
- Trailer bumper profile (1 pc. x 2.1 m) + bumper end plates (2 pcs.)
- Cab cover kit – side panels (2 pcs.) + profiles (3 pcs.)
- 2.5-meter ramps (2 pcs.)
- Channel section 60x40x3 (4 pcs. x 2.5 m)
- Sliding winch bed kit – (2 pcs. x 2.1 m) winch bed profile + mounting hardware, slides, and accessories
To build a flatbed trailer from the above kit, you must cut the profiles to size yourself and, if necessary, weld or bolt them together according to your own design. This kit is generally sufficient to build a flatbed up to 5 m in length.
