We offer assembly kits for aluminum cargo boxes, based on a connection system we developed. Specially designed profiles and dedicated fasteners allow the product to be assembled solely by screwing, without the need for welding.
All profiles used in the production of the cargo boxes are made of aluminum. A significant portion of the fasteners, such as connectors and corner pieces, are also made of high-strength aluminum alloys. As a result, our systems have a low weight, allowing for maximum utilization of the vehicle’s payload capacity.
A box kit consists of profiles cut to size and all the assembly components necessary to build a complete box. Additionally, the profiles can be pre-prepared—cut to the correct angle and equipped with mounting holes. We drill holes for mounting corners, posts, tarpaulin board pockets, and roof connectors.
